We are a local manufacturer in China with warehouses in multiple cities, including Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Yiwu, and Guangzhou. Your order will be shipped from one of these cities.
We will dispatch your order within 48 hours after placement. Under normal circumstances, the package will arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipment.
All product images are taken from the actual products, so the received item will match the pictures. However, slight differences may occur due to factors such as color variations on different devices or minor errors in size measurements. Please rest assured that these differences are within a reasonable range. We also strive to make the photo colors, product dimensions, etc., as close to the actual items as possible.
Returns or exchanges are subject to the conditions that the product is unused, undamaged, and the request is made within 30 days of ordering. You can apply for a return or exchange on your original order, after which you will be contacted via email. Please follow the instructions to return the item. If the product has quality issues, damage, etc., we will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges; otherwise, if there are no such issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
